TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SERVICES
For most small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) such as hedge funds, insurance and law firms, employing their own IT staff involves significant initial investment and incurs ongoing overheads. Our Technology Support Services (TSS) division offers clients a first-class proactive callout service, to provide both system and end user support.

Equally, our TSS team offers Consultancy and Project Management services to small/medium start-ups and firms looking to upgrade existing systems. TSS can also deliver system monitoring, including regular system diagnostic checkups to give companies the peace of mind that potential problems will be identified before they affect the user; and data backups to ensure systems are functioning healthily and are recoverable in any crisis. Other services include support for voice systems, voice mail, disaster recovery, and regional and worldwide networks, as well as data centre design, implementation and support, and data centre hosting services for SMEs.

Our engineers come from a variety of IT backgrounds, having worked with desktop computers, servers, telephony, mobile devices, storage systems, UNIX, Apple and Wintel platforms. Engineers can also be hired out to clients on-site and on a full-time basis, which may be of benefit to clients once they have reached a certain size.

With our newly opened office in Singapore, we are able to offer regional contracts to our customers as well. This move is in response to a rising trend among large corporations to opt for regional contracts in place of localised arrangements whenever favourable economics and preferred supplier agreements come into play.
