Senior IT Service Analyst

Job Description

Our client, a Global Professional Firm, is seeking a Senior IT Service Analyst to join their team in Hong Kong. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

·         Ensure all regional and local IT service management processes are in line with Global IT strategy, roadmap and standards. 

·         Be the primary contact for Change, Incident and Problem management processes.

·         Responsible for BCP Planning and documentation.

·         Build and maintain the relationships with new and current suppliers in the region.

·         Liaise with regional IT teams to ensure maintenance and warranties are in place for all system and services.

·         Manage all knowledge base articles within the region to ensure they are updated.

·         Provide regular operation reports to the Regional IT Service Manager.

 

Requirements: 

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service management.

·         Degree holder preferably in IT or business.

·         Strong knowledge and experience of ITIL.

·         Previous experience of working with Incident, Problem and Service Management.

·         Experience with vendor management, contract, SLA negotiation and budget control.

·         Initiative and able to work independently under pressure.

·         Excellent communication skill in English. Speaking Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus.
