Our client, a Global Legal Firm, is looking for IT Trainer to join their team in Hong Kong. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Design and deliver business focused training courses as allocated from the course curriculum, as well as develop and deliver specific business focused training.
• Deliver company application specific details to both IT and business staff within deadlines and agreed standards and templates.
• Have strong awareness of how applications are utilised by the business.
• Liaise with management regards to escalating any issues or concerns that may affect the quality or timescales of training or by feedback of improvements to the training service.
• Ensure the learning environment and resources support learner needs.
• Carry out training needs analyses, plan, manage and review training activities to improve IT system knowledge around the company.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and learning outcomes.

 

Requirements:

 

• At least 4 years of experience in end user IT training, preferably in a multinational company environment.
• With legal firm experience an advantage.
• Comprehensive experience with the standard Microsoft Office toolset, particularly Office 2007/2010 and SharePoint.
• A solid understanding of desktop technologies is expected.
• Fluency in spoken English & Cantonese.
• Excellent presentation, communication skills and listening skills, with the ability to demonstrate an analytical and systematic approach to problem solving.
• Good understanding and experience of using templates and business standard documents.
