Senior Sales Manager
Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
· Keep up-to-date with the company products & services and be able to articulate key business benefits & competitive differentiators
· Identify & develop the necessary relationships with key target accounts in HK
· Qualify prospects, gather requirements from customers for introducing Hybrid Cloud services
· Sell our portfolio of solutions & services to customers with business infrastructure & IT decision-makers based in Hong Kong
· Participate actively in sales calls and bid reviews
· Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
· Collaborate with other sales teams on a global basis in order to secure sales
· Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of prospects and existing customers using SFDC and other corporate CRM systems
· Regularly use SFDC to accurately forecast business for the current and upcoming quarter
· Ensure sales plans / account plans are in place for the key target accounts
Requirements:
· Sales experience in Co-location / Data Center sales & solution
· Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience, with knowledge in Managed Services
· Minimum 8 years proven & successful experience in solution selling
· Sales driven but team player
· Self-starter and pro-active
· Well organized and able to survive in a high-stress environment
· High integrity
· Excellent English language skills and fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua is a plus
· Excellent communication & relationship skills
· Good presentation skills and proven ability to interact well with clients at senior levels
