·         Investigate and resolve complex service requests and issues to meet service level agreements as required by the business.

·         Perform upgrades, builds and migrations according to technical documents.

·         Installs software to manage networks/firewalls/proxies for production, development, and disaster recovery environments.

·         Protect network equipment from unauthorized access or accidental loss by implementing and enforcing appropriate backup strategies and data security procedures.

·         Perform tuning to improve the efficiency and maximize the availability of network environments.

·         Conduct tests in standard DRP exercises.

·         Create and administrative the monitoring and automation of administrative tasks.

·         Provide emergency on-site support and coordination as required to geographical supported locations in accordance with service level agreements.

·         Prepare administration instructions for network equipment and related admin/monitoring software.

·         Ensure that the information security policy is considered and always followed; recommends changes to policy and ensures that approved policy changes are documented.
