Head of Retail

Our client, a Renowned Retail Chain, is seeking a Head of Retail to join their team in Hong Kong. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

·         Develop and establish retail wholesale distribution model for apparel in Asia – concentration China, Japan and potential other key Asia markets

·         Development of apparel brand through Community footprint, Events/Trunk shows and booths, eCommerce marketing strategy

·         To implement the design, production process, visual merchandising and the entire supply chain for apparel.

·         Liaise with partners, oversea vendors, mills and factories.

·         Work with marketing department to develop and implement brand marketing initiatives

Requirements:

·         A passion for fitness and apparel industry. Professional from lifestyle brand are welcome

·         Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience in retail industry, preferably apparel industry.

·         Experience of aggressively growing a brand. Rolling out both physical and online stores.

·         International research and development experience

·         Good project management, ability to work independently with high degree of self-motivation and people management skills
