Project Coordinator
Job DescriptionOur client, a Global Legal Firm, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team in Hong Kong. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in project coordination including tracking timeline, budget and deliverables.
· Manage small projects independently.
· Drive best practices of project management throughout the team.
· Liaise with other departments to allocate resources.
· Address potential issues and risks during project delivery.
· Prepare reports relating to service levels on a scheduled and ad-hoc basis.
· Assist with vendor management including procurement and relationship management
· Develop and report KPIs to measure the service levels being delivered to the firm
· Help develop standards within the department to ensure consistent product offerings
Requirements:
· Degree holder with IT qualification.
· At least 3 years of relevant experience in Multi-national Corporation, preferably in Legal Firm.
· Strong vendor and business stakeholder management skills.
· Good interpersonal skills, organized and a team player.
· Excellent written and spoken English.
· Proficient with MS Office and MS Project.
· ITIL certification is preferred.
