Application Support Engineers (Documentum, SAP, Oracle and SQL)
Job DescriptionOur client, a Global Legal Firm, is seeking Application Support Engineers to join their team in Hong Kong. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
· Provide customer-facing 2nd and 3rd level support on wide range of applications, including Documentum, SAP, Oracle and SQL Server, Sharepoint, etc.
· Respond timely to incidents tickets in the event logging systems.
· Monitor system, identify, analyse and resolve problems.
· Responsible for capacity management and planning.
· Work with team members to provide technical support and vendor liaison with key suppliers.
· Work closely with all support teams with regards to the Problem Management process, assisting teams in resolving issues on behalf of the user base.
· Involve in implementation of application changes or upgrades.
· Participate in a on-call rota system.
Requirements:
· Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with Documentum, SAP, Oracle and SQL Server. (Good proficiency with at least 2 areas in below categories).
· Familiar with MS Windows and Linux Redhat environment.
· Strong in incident and change management.
· Strong trouble-shooting skills.
· Excellent communication skills in English.
· Customer service oriented & a team player.
