Our client, a Multi-national Corporation, is seeking Application Support Engineers to join their team in Hong Kong. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

·         Provide customer-facing  2^nd and 3^rd level support on wide range of applications, including MS Office, IIS, Sharepoint, Citrix, SQL servers, SAP, etc.

·         Respond timely to incidents tickets in the event logging systems.

·         Monitor system, identify, analyse and resolve problems.

·         Responsible for capacity management and planning.

·         Involve in implementation of application changes or upgrades.

·         Participate in a on-call rota system.

 

 

Requirements:

 

·       Minimum 4 years hands-on experience in MS Windows and Linux environment.

·       Good proficiency with at least 2 areas in below categories: Citrix, App V, MS Office, IIS 6.5, Sharepoint 2010/2013.

·       Strong in incident and change management.

·       Strong trouble-shooting skills.

·       Good communication skills in English.

·       Customer service oriented & a team player.
