Project Manager/ Program Manager
Job DescriptionOur client, a Global Corporation, is seeking a Project Manager/ Program Manager to join their team in Hong Kong. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of an IT project including stakeholder management, solution delivery, vendor management, project controls and reporting.
- Review project proposals and collaborate with technical teams to determine an optimal solution to achieve business objectives.
- Determine the time frame, funding and staffing requirements for project delivery.
- Support business stakeholders in the preparation of business case.
- Establish project quality standards and ensure projects deliverables to be achieved.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience of IT project management/program management.
- Tertiary qualification is essential.
- Experience of project delivery, portfolio management, infrastructure development management, vendor management.
- Detailed knowledge of project governance, compliance and budget.
- Certified PMP & Prince2 is preferred.
- Strong presentation skills to key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff and solve dynamic problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; expertise in setting and managing user expectations.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels.
- Responsible for projects across APAC regions, travelling is required.
