Responsibilities:

• Provide support to report generation with SQL and SharePoint.
• Liaise with business units to collect and convert requirements to various reports.
• Initiate improvements on business processes and applications.
• Release upgrade packages according to global standard.
• Manage application projects and perform UAT.
• Maintain application performance following SLA.

Requirements:

• Degree of Computer Sciences or related disciplines.
• 3 - 4 years working experience on programming and application support.
• Familiar with SQL and Visual Basic.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good communication in Cantonese and English.
